• "Club" refers to The One, including its employees, directors, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
• "Platform" includes our website and mobile applications available on the App Store and Play Store.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and paid for a membership with the Club.
• "Non-member" refers to any individual who uses the pay-as-you-go facilities without a membership.
• "User" refers to both Members and Non-members accessing or using our Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform and to avail the services. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

License to Use

The Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Uses

You agree to use the Platform and Club facilities for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using the facilities voluntarily and responsibly.
• Subscribing to and managing membership plans.
• Booking gym, yoga, zumba, pilates, and sports facilities.
• Using training and nutrition consultation services.
• Following guest and trainer conduct policies.
• Using equipment properly and maintaining cleanliness.
• Not consuming alcohol, drugs, or bringing weapons.
• Accessing designated areas and wearing proper attire.
• Notifying staff of health conditions.

Prohibited Behaviors

• Illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform.
• Violating laws or infringing intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, discrimination, or spreading misinformation.
• Uploading malicious content.
• Interfering with Platform security or user privacy.
• Abusive, violent, or hostile behavior in the Club.

Termination and Account Suspension

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content and intellectual property on the Platform are the exclusive property of The One.

User-Generated Content

You grant the Club rights to use any submitted content such as reviews and photos in accordance with applicable laws.

Payment Clauses

• Membership fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable unless stated by law.
• Pay-as-you-go users must pay prior to using the facilities.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay and are non-cancellable/non-transferable.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Members: 48h prior - 50% refund or 1-week reschedule; 24h - no refund or reschedule.
  • Non-members: 48h prior - reschedule only; 24h - no refund or reschedule.

Privacy Policy Information

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, use, and protection.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The One harmless from losses arising from your breach or misuse of the Platform or Club services.

Limitation of Liability

The One shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages including loss of data, access issues, or stolen belongings.

Disclaimers and Warranties

All services are provided "as is" without guarantees. The Club does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

Governing Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Amendment to the Terms

The Club may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of changes.
